Thats just plain stoopid!
Yeah, Marshall's hellacious beatdown and debacle against Miami proves they are better than Navy (I'm rolling my eyes).
What a ridiculous ranking. Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't see Navy losing to Kansas 35-0 at halftime.
